I took a lot more photos during the first half of the day...! As the walk went on I either got too tired to get my phone to take a snap ...or the worst had happened ...my phone had run out of battery (always pack a back up)!

She is one of the major deities in Roman mythology and was part of the Capitoline Triad alongside Jupiter (king of the gods) and Juno (queen of the gods).
Her symbols are: owl for wisdom, olive tree for peace and prosperity, helmet and spear for strategic warfare and sometimes Medusa's head depicted on her shield.
She was worshipped in schools, workshops, and military camps for guidance, skill, and protection.
